WakeyCall

Privacy Policy

What this is

WakeyCall is a wake up call service. Your phone rings at a time you chose, an AI voice talks to you, and it calls back until you have actually held a conversation. Doing that requires your phone number and a record of whether the call worked. This page says exactly what we keep.

Effective 5 August 2026. We operate in India and the United States only.

What we collect

Your phone number. This is the product — without it there is no call. We verify it with a one-time code before anything else happens.

Your first name, if you give one, so the voice can use it. Your timezone, so the call lands at the right local hour.

Your alarms: the times you chose, which module you picked, and whether each one is switched on.

A record of every call we place: when it was placed, how long it lasted, whether you answered, and a transcript of what was said. The transcript is how we verify you genuinely woke up rather than tapping a button in your sleep — that verification is the entire product.

A short rolling summary of your recent calls, so the voice can refer back to what you said yesterday instead of starting cold every morning.

Journal entries, if you use the night journal module. These are the words you spoke, kept so you can read them back.

Your subscription status and which plan you are on. We never see or store your card number.

What we do not collect

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. There are no ads in this app.

We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use an advertising identifier.

We do not listen when we have not called you. The app has no microphone permission and records nothing on your device.

We do not ask for your contacts, your photos, your precise location, or your health data.

Who else touches it

Our own voice platform places the call, using Plivo as the telephone carrier and Google Gemini as the conversational model. The audio of the call passes through them in order to happen at all.

Supabase hosts our database. Apple and RevenueCat handle App Store subscriptions; Razorpay handles payments taken on the web in India. Payment processors tell us that you paid and for what — never your card details.

That is the complete list. We do not send your data anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Call records and transcripts are kept while your account is open, because they are what the retry loop and the streak are computed from. Journal entries are kept until you delete them or your account.

Delete your account in the app under Settings, and we remove your profile, alarms, call records, transcripts and journal entries. That deletion is immediate and it is not reversible.

You can also write to aabhas@ultragames247.com and ask us to do it for you, or ask for a copy of what we hold.

Crisis language

If the conversation contains language suggesting self-harm, the voice stops the routine, gives a crisis line, and we send the number by SMS afterwards. That event is logged so we can tell it worked. This behaviour is never switched off and it is not tied to any paid plan.

WakeyCall is not a crisis service and not a medical service. In the United States, call or text 988. In India, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.

Children

This service is not directed at children. You need a working phone number and a payment method to use it, and you must be 13 or older.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
