The service

WakeyCall calls the phone number you registered, at the times you set, and keeps calling back until the transcript shows you actually held a conversation. Effective 5 August 2026.

Calls are placed within five minutes of your chosen time, not at an exact second. The spread is deliberate: it keeps our dialling pattern from looking like a spam burst to carriers, which is what keeps the calls getting through at all.

We serve Indian and United States phone numbers. Numbers from anywhere else are refused, because we have no number, no pricing and no calling-window arrangement for them.

This is not an emergency service

Do not rely on this service for anything where a missed call causes harm — medication, medical appointments, or anything safety-critical. Phone networks fail, phones die, and calls do not always connect.

WakeyCall is not a crisis line, a medical device, or a substitute for care. In the United States, call or text 988. In India, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.

Plans and billing

Every plan is a monthly subscription that includes a pool of call minutes. New accounts get a free trial first; the trial unlocks everything so you can hear the range before you choose.

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are auto-renewable and are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically for the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings — cancelling there is the only way to stop an App Store subscription, and deleting the app does not do it.

Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Razorpay and can be cancelled from your account.

Call minutes are billed in whole minutes, rounded up, the same way the carrier bills us. Unused minutes do not roll over.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple under Apple’s policy, not by us — we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Write to Apple Support, and tell us too if something on our side went wrong.

Fair use

The number we call must be yours, or belong to someone who has asked to be called. Setting us on a number that has not agreed to it is the one thing that will get an account closed without warning.

Do not use the service to harass anyone, and do not resell the calls.

Your data

We record what is said on the call, because verifying that you genuinely woke up is what the product does. The Privacy Policy spells out what is kept and how to delete it.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to make the phone ring, but we are not liable for what follows from a call that did not arrive, arrived late, or did not wake you.
