Talk to a person

Write to aabhas@ultragames247.com and say what happened. If it is about a call that did not arrive, tell us the phone number and the morning it was meant to ring — that is enough for us to find it.

The call did not come

First check the number saved in the app is the one you are holding, and that the alarm is switched on.

Save our number to your contacts. Phones silence unknown numbers far more often than people expect, and a saved contact rings through Do Not Disturb if you allow it. The app offers this during setup and again in Settings.

Calls arrive within five minutes of the time you set. If nothing arrived at all, write to us.

Changing or cancelling your plan

If you subscribed in the iOS app, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and change or cancel it there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you subscribed on the web, write to us and we will cancel it.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings, then Delete account. That removes your profile, your alarms, your call records and transcripts, and your journal. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
